We kick off August 2nd!
There’s something magical about moving your body under an open sky. The warmth of the sun, a summer breeze & the sound of birds (and maybe a dog or two)… it’s the kind of energy you just can’t get in a studio.
And this summer, we’re bringing all that Good Yoga Life goodness to the great outdoors with our signature park sessions in Victoria Park, London.
We’re kicking things off on Saturday 2nd August, and we’d love you to join us!
Whether you’re craving a feel-good stretch, a powerful flow or simply a moment to pause on the ground… we’ve got you covered. Expect soulful playlists, community vibes & movement that leaves you feeling strong, connected & recharged.
What’s On:
✨ Rise & Shine Flow – Saturday Mornings – 9.30am
Ease into your weekend with a feel-good yoga flow to awaken the body and calm the mind.
Suitable for all levels – this one’s your weekend reset.
Strength + Soul – Tuesday Evenings – 6pm
Unwind after work with our NEW signature strength & soul session.
Expect a blend of bodyweight movement, soulful flow and grounding breathwork as the sun sets over the park.
