We’ve partnered with the gorgeous east london oasis Mama Shelter to create the perfect escape to help you fully ZEN OUT and take it suuuuuper easy….filling your body and soul with all the good stuff.
Our ZEN reset is all about letting go and feeling grounded as you begin the New Year.
You’ll have the chance to experience The London Botanists CBD oil as part of your yoga practice allowing you to float away in your meditation.
We will focus on the loving benefits of yoga, reducing stress and ways to improve your wellbeing. Leaving you feeling gorgeous and renewed….and a little more connected and loved.

Move with purpose through a 60 min grounded yoga flow followed by a soul nurturing meditation help to connect and fill you with a sense of strength and stability. The combination of your practice and a few drops of CBD oil will bring a new level of ZEN to your experience.

Chloe and Lucy, founders of The London Botanists, will provide complimentary drops of their soothing solutions from their exclusive range and give a Talk on the benefits of their products which includes offsetting anxiety and depression, relieving pain and combating insomnia to name a few.

Retreat into the delightful Garden Bar, surrounded by plants & cozy vibes for a delicious tummy loving brunch designed to feed your soul.
