The lady who brought bikram yoga to london in 1994 has launched Fierce Grace Yoga; a new system of five interconnected hot yoga classes; core, classic, Fierce Grace (aka the beast) and the fix, which set out to balance the male and female forces within the body. Based on classic Hatha, Bikram and Ashtanga yoga, each class is fixed on the same core principles and poses but are designed to suit ‘every schedule, every level and every mood’ by differing the emphasis, duration and intensity.
